An MOU has been signed to launch a new partnership for providing affordable homes mortgages.

This morning ADHI Rwanda and BPR Bank Rwanda officially signed an MOU putting into effect new affordable homes mortgage products.
ADHI Rwanda is currently developing Bwiza Riverside Estate, consisting of varying sizes of high quality affordable homes of sleek design. The houses are green-certified by EDGE, and are built using sustainable technologies.
Bwiza Riverside Estate is a partnership project with the Government of Rwanda, which has the ambitious goal of providing hundreds of much-needed homes to Rwandan citizens, at affordable prices. Now officially a partner in helping to achieve this goal, BPR Bank Rwanda will now be offering mortgage loans for these homes to eligible clients – for UP TO 100%.
