A place to learn and grow together

On 8 December 2021, the Rwanda TVET Board held an induction ceremony for the first students of the AISLC Academy.

ADHI, through their new TVET Academy, will be providing a one-year-long training program under the fully funded scholarship scheme of the Government of Rwanda.

At the Academy, students will undertake a training programme in innovative construction methods using Light Steel Frame. The first 4 months of the programme is theoretical, followed by practical, on-the-job training. Students will have the opportunity of working on real-world construction projects as part of their training.

Upon completion of the training, and after successfully completing the assessment portion of the programme, students are awarded with a Certificate in Innovative/Modern Methods of Construction -Light Steel Frame Assembly (Construction). This qualification is NOCN-accredited and is internationally recognised.

Successful students will also be offered employment by ADHI Rwanda, in the construction of affordable housing in Kigali, utilising the Light Steel Frame method and materials.
