LILY House Package
You now need to select your preferred LILY house package. Please carefully read through the following options and specifications.

1. BASIC PACKAGE
Finishes:
Cement floors throughout house | Undercoat paint on internal walls | Weather-guard paint on external walls | Matte white paint on ceilings | Porcelain tiles on bathrooms floors and shower areas with wall tiles up to 2.1m (other areas have undercoat paint).
Kitchen:
Will include sink on concrete top.
Bathrooms:
Will include toilet and handwash basin | Shower with mixer (no heater).
Other:
Steel balustrade on stairs | Lighting to consist of LED bulbs and external LED fittings.

2. STANDARD PLUS PACKAGE
The Standard Plus Package consists of the Basic Package plus the following additions and/or differences:
Finishes:
Porcelain tiles thoughout house | Kitchen wall tiles up to 600mm | In bathrooms, walls have tiling up to 1.2m height.
Kitchen:
Will include sink on granite top | Built-in kitchen cabinets.
Bathrooms:
To also include mirrors and instant heater with shower.
Accessories: soap dish holder, towel rail, tumbler holder and toilet paper holder.
Other:
Built-in wardrobes.

3. LUXURY PACKAGE
The Luxury Plus consists of the Standard Plus Package, plus the following additions and/or differences:
Bathrooms:
Full wall tiling.
Kitchen:
Built-in cooker top and cooker hood.
Bathrooms:
Toilets are premium style | Bathrooms will also include floating vanity cabinet.
Accessories to additionally include toilet brush with holder, and shattaf.
Other:
Timber handrail with glass balustrade on stairs.
