On 11 February 2022, His Excellency President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, and First Lady Jeannette Kagame, attended the official launch of the green-certified and affordable Bwiza Riverside Homes.

In November 2020 the Goverment of Rwanda (GoR) signed an agreement with ADHI Rwanda to use their innovative and sustainable technology to build thousands of high-quality, affordable homes for Rwandese citizens. As a result, Bwiza Riverside in Karama, Nyarugenge (Kigali) is currently under development, with phase one scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.

Said President Kagame on the launch of Bwiza Riverside Homes, “To have it affordable, sustainable and most of it arrived at through local materials, I think is the best combination we can have.”
