Buying an Affordable House at Bwiza Riverside

Step One: Qualify as a Buyer
Register with BRD at https://iwanjye.brd.rw/ in order to qualify as an Affordable Home buyer.
When you qualify, BRD will indicate the approximate mortgage loan amount you could qualify for. Cash buyers are also welcome.
Step Two: Visit Us
Visit our model homes to decide which home you prefer, according to your budget:
- IVY | 2 bedrooms | From Rwf 21.5m
- LILY | 2 bedrooms | From Rwf 33,8m
- RUBY | 3 bedrooms | From Rwf 36,5m
- JADE | 3 bedrooms | From Rwf 40m
Step Three: Book Your Home
Complete your reservation form for the house of your choice and pay the Admin Fee of Rwf 75,000.00.
You can also choose to add extra items to your house, such finishings, cabinets, etc. Our Sales representatives will help guide you through this process.
What Happens Then?
Mortgage Loan Buyers: You will now need to approach your bank to apply for a home loan. If approved, you will need to pay a 10% deposit.
Cash Buyers: You can proceed to sign a Sales contract and pay a minimum of 25% as deposit towards your new home.
When your selected house has been completed, the title is transferred onto your name. Handover of the keys is scheduled!
